We offer to our guests the possibility to rent a private bedroom sharing only the kitchen, living room, terrace and bathroom(s)(maximum of 3 bedrooms per bathroom with a daily cleaning service, the bathrooms are fully equipped and all have a BATH!).Our Guests have their own keys so the possibility to get in and get out at the time they want: the 24:00 !If you have to leave late the last day, do not worry, we also offer you an additional service of luggage storage, you will be able to pick your luggages up at the time you prefer.We also propose a laundry service.Each bedroom contains towels, soaps, linen, extra blankets and most have their own fans, some are with air conditioned.In the kitchen FREE Tea and Coffee, as well as sugar... and all the utensils you need to cook your own gourmet meals!All the apartments are cleaned everyday. You will see the difference!We speak English, Italian, French and of course Spanish and remain at the disposal of our guests 24 hours daily.YOU WILL HAVE THE KEYS OF:- The front door- The apartment entrance- The bedroom (each one has a different key for your own security and to avoid the risk of robberies). A deposit of 30 euros is asked for the keys (which we give you back the day you check out).Please note that the 7% tax is not included in the price and that you will have to pay the full amount on arrival in cash.
