Description: We offer unconventional accomodation for groups and young travellers in private converted apartments. Our apartments are located in the heart of Barcelona just a few minutes away from the Ramblas, Gothic Quarter and Plaza Real, the beach and the port. It is important that you print the instructions in your confirmation email. After calling us we will pick you up from our office at Paseo de Gracia, two blocks away from Plaza Catalunya, and you´ll be taken to your appartment. What is a loft? A loft is a converted property which was a former shop, office or warehouse. We offer an alternative, simple and relaxed location where you can meet other people or share a meal. Our converted apartments feature a bathroom as well as a small lounge that can be used for listening to music and meeting other guests.By our ratings we are one of Barcelona´s most fun places to stay. Regular nights out include free entrance to some of the coolest clubs in Barcelona. We offer you complete independence to go and enjoy the city, the loft will feel like your own appartment. We have No Corfew, No Lockout and offer special late check outs. If you have a late flight or night train, you can empty your bed by noon but keep your luggage stored and your house keys for the day.Shared Accomodation: The 6-bed dorms are located on Las Ramblas. The loft is divided into two rooms, one with 6 beds and another one with two sofas, 4 beds and a balcony overlooking this famous street. You can chill out and look at the street artists from the balcony or hang out at Plaza Real, one of Barcelona´s most fun areas to party, just one block away. If you want to stay at this location choose the 6 bed dorm when booking. A small loft with two 4-bed dorms and a 2-bed dorm, that used to be a shop, located 5 min walk from Ramblas in the central and hip quarter of Raval. The loft has a kitchen and a rolling metal gate with a tiny door. Choose the 4 bed dorm to stay there. Our 8 bed loft is a 4 metre high ceiling appartment that used to be a small warehouse on a narrow central pedestrian alley next to the Gothic Quarter and near the Cathedral, just 5 to 10 min walking distance to Ramblas and 5 min to the sea. There is a full kitchen and 4 beds on a loft style platform upstairs and 4 below. This location is ideal for small groups. Book the 8 bed dorm if you would like to stay at this location.Free sheets and bed covers are also provided at all of our appartments. Private rooms with shared bathroom are located at a 4-bedroom flat 10 minute walk from Ramblas and the port. Each room has a double bed. The apartment is located at the third floor in an old city centre building with no lift. This appartment has a shared living room, cooking facilities, a bathroom and laundry machine. Please note that you will be sharing the flat and all it´s facilities with other guests.Private ensuite rooms are located in a nice and central old city building near the Gothic Quarter and the Picasso Museum. The room has a small balcony and a small designer bathroom. Cooking facilities however are not included in this rate.IMPORTANT As we only receive a few guests each day there are four check-in slots available, at 12 (noon), 4pm, 7pm and 10pm. You must call us when you arrive to Barcelona to arrange keys pick up. We will meet you at any of these fixed times at our new reception office just two blocks from Plaza Catalunya. We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not accept arrivals after 10pm. If your travel plans change or are delayed please let us know. MINIMUM STAY IS TWO NIGHTS. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL AND DO NOT SHOW UP YOU WILL BE BILLED 2 NIGHTS ACCOMODATION TO YOUR CREDIT CAR
